Returns and Shipping


RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase! But we know sometimes it doesn’t work out. If that’s the case here’s what you need to know: 

***Holiday Gifts (purchased online and in store) may be returned for store credit or exchange between Jan 6th - Jan 21st, 2024***

IN-STORE PURCHASES: 

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days. Some exceptions apply, see below. 

ONLINE ORDERS:

Regular priced merchandise: You are eligible for a refund if you contact us within one week of receiving your order. Otherwise you can receive store credit if you let us know within 2 weeks.

  PLEASE NOTE *Sale items, underwear, hair accessories, socks, shoes worn outdoors, bodysuits and bathing suits (bottoms and one pieces), and beauty/wellness products,  purchased In-Store & Online are Final Sale.   

 

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS:

At this time we do not reimburse shipping costs for returned items that are purchased online. 

To return online orders, please email us at info@shopkennedypark.com and let us know what you would like to return. 

Once the item(s) are received via mail to our shop location we will refund you for the item purchased (Please note that Sale items, underwear, socks, shoes worn outdoors, bodysuits and bathing suits (bottoms and one pieces), and beauty/wellness products,  purchased Online are Final Sale. 

Returned items must be in original condition (tags still attached, unworn, unwashed).

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $200.  For orders under $200, we offer tracked expedited shipping for $13. All orders are shipped from Guelph within four days of payment verification.

We use Canada Post for all-orders, domestic expedited shipping generally takes 2-7 business days but could be slightly longer.

It is our responsibility to ship to the address specified at check out. Please be sure to have it sent to a location that is safe as Canada Post will most often leave parcels at the door step.  We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
