We are still working this way a little bit longer in order to accommodate the protocols we are currently implementing. We so appreciate you working with us in this way, and we have had so much fun with our appointments!
Can I bring a friend or family member?
A   Yes! We are still currently limiting 2 shoppers at a time in our space.
Do i need to buy something if i book an appointment?
A   No! It's ok if you don't find something this time! We are still happy to have you visit our space, try things and get inspired. The last thing we want is for you to feel pressured. That's always been our style.
Q  Do I need to book far in advance?
A  Nope! If there is a specific time that works best for you, it's always good to nab it quickly by email/DM/phone call (or a knock on the door should you see us in the shop), but if you're more flexible you can always reach out to us the morning of and see when we've got space in the day. You can also take a chance and walk by between 12-3. If we aren't with an appointment, you're most welcome to come in!
Q  How long are appointments?
A  You can have the shop to yourself for 45 minutes if there is an appointment booked after you.

- We are still offering free local porch delivery for online orders
- We will be offering curb-side pick up for online orders Wednesday to Saturdays 12-3
- Free shipping within Canada for orders over $100.
- For online orders we are still offering refunds on regular priced items (instead of store credit) - as long as you let us know within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can start the return process. Else it's store credit.
Ways we will keep your experience a safe one:
- Masks masks masks for everyone. We have disposable ones should you forget yours!
- Hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting

-  We sanitize surfaces after each customer - we have altered our space to better accommodate this.
-  We have installed plexiglass at the till so that you can remain safe while purchasing (and sneaking a peak at our beautiful jewels in the case!)
-  Clothing that is tried on and not purchased will be set aside for the rest of the day.
-  We ask that you shop from home if you are feeling unwell

Thank you for your understanding and patience with the temporary changes we have had to make to be able to serve you in person at this time while feeling comfortable ourselves. We appreciate you so much and so look forward to your visit.

Current Return policy:
Online orders that are mailed to you, delivered, or picked up outside our shop, we will allow returns for refund on unworn items with tags still attached, as long as you contact us to let us know within 5 days of receiving your order, then we are able to start the return process. Else we can swap sizes or issue returns for store credit within 14 days or receiving your order. Sale items will always be for store credit. *underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, socks and opened beauty products are final sale.

For in-store purchases at which you were able to try items on: we will offer returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Sale items will be final sale.
